Caris Foundation International- Kenya Leaders workshop by Angelique Liles was a game changer. 18 team leaders participated in an intensive workshop focusing substantially on identification and utilization of strengths to achieve the vision of the organization. The leaders also benefited from insightful lessons on levels of leadership and how they impact teams. All the 18 leaders identified their 34 strengths by taking the CliftonStrengths assessment in preparation for the workshop, which focused mainly on the top 5 strengths. The leaders are now more inclined to identify and maximize strengths among the people they lead for greater productivity and performance. The ability to lead through strengths coupled with positioning of team members based on their strengths and capacities is enhancing effectiveness as clearly exemplified in the following testimonies.
