About Angelique

I spent eighteen years working in the insurance industry, helping businesses with employee benefits. During that time, I discovered my passion was helping people develop and grow professionally.

I believe a successful career or business requires developing your most important asset – people. The organization benefits from increased productivity and employee enrichment by empowering teams to work together.

A sustainable positive team culture is a goal every leader should aspire to.

As a Certified Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I incorporate the individual’s strengths with company goals to show how working together achieves engagement and results in increased quality & productivity.

Caris Foundation International- Kenya Leaders workshop by Angelique Liles was a game changer. 18 team leaders participated in an intensive workshop focusing substantially on identification and utilization of strengths to achieve the vision of the organization. The leaders also benefited from insightful lessons on levels of leadership and how they impact teams. All the 18 leaders identified their 34 strengths by taking the CliftonStrengths assessment in preparation for the workshop, which focused mainly on the top 5 strengths.
